Pāla is a collaboration between lifelong friends Jerome Pier and Mike Gorman. Jerome spent years in Africa absorbing music & culture, starting solo project Learning Kurve. Mike played in Second Sufis, a split-off from Robert Fripp’s Guitar Craft, and on Errol Tout’s recent ‘Luminous.’ They recently released single ‘Into the Forest’ as Pāla, a reference to the utopian society in Huxley’s ‘Island.’
